        Crayon is a colour stick. Crayons are made of Paraffin Wax and colour pigment. 
Nothing brings the creativity out of a child than crayons. Give a set of crayons and a paper and enjoy the colourful mind mapping of a child.

  • Paraffin wax.
  • Colour pigment.

     

  Step by Step Manufacturing of Crayons

  1. A heated machines mix the wax with colour pigments.
  2. The hot and waxy liquid is poured into crayon moulding tables.
  3. Coldwater is then allowed to travel through tubes in the moulds to cool the wax down.
  4. A scraper takes away all of the extra cool wax.
  5. The crayons are pulled out of the machines and inspected.
